Sr. Software Developer - Java & AI

We are looking for a highly motivated Software Developer with strong expertise in Java and exposure to AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will be part of our product development team, contributing to building scalable, high-performance applications while integrating AI capabilities into everyday development workflows.

3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in software development

Strong background in Java-based full stack development

Exposure to AI tools/technologies or implementation of AI in day-to-day development

Design, develop, and deploy scalable and high-performance applications using Java technologies

Work extensively on Core Java, Spring, and Spring Boot frameworks

Integrate AI capabilities (e.g., automation, intelligent features, AI APIs, or productivity tools) into applications and workflows

Participate in the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) – from requirement analysis to deployment

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, QA, and support

Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications

Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices

Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Strong expertise in Java, Advance Java , J2EE, Spring, and Spring Boot

Experience with Microservices, JSP, and web application development

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and XML

Hands-on experience with databases such as MongoDB (or similar NoSQL/SQL databases)

Experience working in Linux environments is a plus

Familiarity with AI/ML tools, APIs, or frameworks (such as OpenAI APIs, automation tools, or data-driven models)

Understanding of RESTful services and microservices architecture

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies

Experience in product-based environments is preferred

Prior experience in mentoring or leading small teams is an advantage

High level of ownership, professionalism, and accountability

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (CSE / IT / MCA or related fields)
