Preferred Background:
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in project coordination or project management roles (internships included)
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, JIRA etc.)
- Basic understanding of enterprise processes like Procure-to-Pay (P2P) or SCM is a plus
- Interest in SaaS, procurement tech, or Source-to-Pay platforms
- Strong analytical and documentation skills
4. What You will do
- Support project managers in planning, tracking, and delivering implementation projects
- Coordinate between internal teams to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Assist in gathering, documenting, and analysing business requirements
- Prepare meeting notes, status reports, and dashboards for stakeholders
- Help identify project risks and assist in mitigating them proactively
- Learn and follow SmartDocs' delivery methodologies and best practices
- Engage with clients under the guidance of senior team members
- Take ownership of smaller project modules or internal initiatives as you grow
